To our contributors:

We will use all reasonable endeavours to stop fake submissions made to improve an estate agent’s ratings.

Should we find a fake review, we will remove it immediately and we will ensure that the estate agent in question is penalised through our rankings and we may publish this fact on the site.

To estate agents:
Do not be tempted to write your own review!
We encourage you to persuade your clients to submit reviews. However, should you wish to submit a response to a review, you must do so through one of our alternative methods set up exclusively for estate agents.
